LungS: Short Film Concept ARt

Lungs was a film pitch by Kieran Moreira and N.C. Jones from Negative Split Films. The short film takes place in a post apocalyptic space where the air is no longer safe to breath and, therefore, the characters are equipped with artificial lungs to survive. I was commissioned to design the characters and equipment that would be fabricated for the filming of this project. Below are the iterative concept sketches and final designs for the artificial lungs, characters, and set piece for the climactic showdown of the film.
